We take our adoption process very seriously to ensure our puppies go to a wonderful forever home, so we screen prospective parents very carefully. If you would like to purchase a dog from us or be placed on our waiting list for future puppies, please download the adoption form and return it to us by email attachment or snail mail.
The form is in MIcrosoft Word format. It can not be edited but you should be able to type your responses in the pink section to the right of the questions.
