Saadiyat Development and Investment Company (SDIC) has actually granted the Hidd Al Saadiyat landscaping agreement to Gulf Contracting Company (GCC).
Landscaping of the neighbourhoods will consist of pavement of driveways, pathways and road signs, benches, light poles and bollards.

The advancement was granted the Estidama Pear 2 rating for compliance with Abu Dhabi's sustainability requirements of new jobs by the Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council (UPC).The landscape will consist of interconnected park spaces, children's play areas, open lawn areas and shaded seating locations.
Its open spaces are designed for water preservation, with native plant types and products selected particularly for solar reflection.The project's green areas will extend across 20 % of the overall master plan.
