Our mission is simple: Breed healthy dogs with solid temperaments and sound conformation. The end result is offspring that can contend in show rings and athletic events while living comfortably in a loving family environment. |
It is our desire to breed and show only top quality Yorkshire Terriers and Biewer Yorkshire a la Pom Pon that adhere as closely as possible to the breed standards set forth by world FCI, German UCI and American AKC. We do not believe in mixing breeds or designer dogs.
Over the years, we've developed a philosophy regarding our breeding program that we're proud of. Our "quality without compromise" is a goal that we are constantly striving for. We hope that each generation of our dogs is better than the one before, and work hard to achieve the level of perfection that we have in our minds as the "ideal" Biewer or Yorkshire Terrier. Rather than saying we are breeding to "improve the breed", we are breeding to live up to the standard of the breed.

that can produce healthy and loving puppies. Our pedigrees contain world class champion bloodlines and we have been very fortunate to have acquired dogs for our foundation that we feel not only meet standards of the breed but are healthy and sound and of lovely temperaments as well.
In addition to health testing, we feel it is very important for any breeder to stay informed through continuing education from experts in Veterinary Medicine, Genetics and Reproduction sciences.
It is our philosophy to assist novice breeders to the best of our ability. We do not feel keeping secrets as a breeder is the best course of action when trying to increase the quality of our breeds. We don't understand breeders that want to keep all of their knowledge a secret or those that feel they must trash other breeders in order to sell a puppy. We will be more than happy to help you with any breeding issues you have questions about.
