For approval for stud service, we require the following:
Verification of your bitch's adult championship.
A copy of your bitch’s pedigree.
4 pictures - face, top, both sides in stacked position
Verification that she is over 15 months of age and second heat.
Copies of OFA numbers for patella clearance.
Copy of CERF examination within previous year by veterinary ophthalmologist.
Copy of Brucellosis Negative Results within ten days prior to breeding.
